Tom Cruise Will Star All You Need Is Kill

In Hollywood, it is quite common that in certain age, movie stars insisting being in the movie industry will step out from in front of camera and start their career behind the scene. The same thing also happens to Hollywood A-couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. After being amazingly successful in their acting career, gradually they start their off camera career, by being a director and producer. But apparently the same thing does not happen to their fellow A-class actor, Tom Cruise. Even though his career can be said to be shinier than many other actors, Tom Cruise does not appear to hit the brake pedal and swift to another direction in the movie business and industry.

After many years starring Mission: Impossible franchise, Tom Cruise has had another plan of starring another sci-fi movie. The actor is said to already have a new plan to sign in to another movie, titled All You Need Is Kill. And it seems that a mix up between foreign story and alien still becomes a trend in Hollywood movies, as All You Need Is Kill is all about. Being an adaptation of Hiroshi Sakurazaka’ Japanese novel, the movie will follow the life of a soldier who is killed by aliens in a war. Weirdly, he lives again exactly in the same day, allowing him to realize a different end for the game.

While there is still no certainty in Tom Cruise’s further involvement in All You Need Is Kill, words said that the actor is still working on every detail to get the deal done. Tom Cruise himself still has some works to do in the close future, including starring some eagerly awaited movie such as Mission: Impossible – Ghost protocol which will be premiered in Decemberr 21, Rock of Ages to be premiered next year, as well as One Shot which will begin shooting in 2013.
